Drew did a wonderful job assisting us with the purchase of our first house! His knowledge of the variety of Denver neighborhoods was unparalleled and he was very keen to understand the nuances of the type of neighborhood feel we were looking for and would help in assessing the potential trajectory of the neighborhoods over the next several years. He was always responsive and willing to look at the same houses again when requested. Additionally, when we were looking we had to put in offers on multiple houses as the houses we were looking at would end up with multiple offers over their first weekend so he would help us understand the ‘value’ of the home so that we didn’t find ourselves overpaying for a house - which was something we were adamant against doing. We ended up looking at a lot of 100+ year old houses and he was very knowledgable in which type of items were indicative of structural issues and how much certain improvements would ballpark cost.

I have moved numerous times over the years and can say with certainty that Drew and his team are truly exceptional and the best I've worked with. He went above and beyond on many occasions to make my wife and I feel welcomed, and ensure we found the right house for us - including doing remote showings when we couldn't be there in person.
