I attend this venue for a house music event. It is possibly one the worst venues I have ever had the displeasure of attending. Rude obnoxious door staff, No air conditioning, toilet queues coming out to the bar, a poor bar service. I'm the other studio there was a separate event , which was confusing af and rubbish sound system. Never ever again

Workspace is by far THE WORST company I ever had to deal with!!! They will take your full deposit and provide the worst service in general throughout your lease. Long story short: 1. Around April time I received an email from the CEO of Workspace Graham Clemett offering a 50% discount on rent to help businesses during COVID. How thoughtful! Our lease was expiring at the end of April, so I decided to wait for the final invoice to arrive and then settle all the bills. 2. As a part of our lease agreement, we had to reinstate the office back to its original condition, so I hired an independent contractor. 3. End result: Workspace invoiced us 100% rent for March, April AND took our full deposit worth three months of rent as well, after I have invested into refurbishment and prepared the office for the next occupant. 5. On top of this, Workspace sent me an email to say that they will be taking a legal action against us. 6. UPD: I will never recommend or work with Workspace again and will always choose Regus over Workspace.
