Buying a house in London from abroad felt overwhelming, but working with Emilie made the entire process very smooth and surprisingly fast. She knows Clapham extremely well, including the local agents and guided us through everything: shortlisting properties, viewing these on video, spotting issues we would have missed, recommending excellent solicitors and surveyors, and helping us navigate every step of the UK buying process (which we knew absolutely nothing about). She was incredibly responsive and efficient from start to finish. We definitely could not have bought our home without her, and certainly not in such record time. I recommend her 100%.

I highly recommend Emilie from Keys to London if you are looking for a rental property or buying a house in London. Emilie looked for a house around Clapham for me and my family this summer, she understood what we were after very well, and shortlisted a couple properties that were all exactly what we were looking for in just a few days. She knows the area very well and was able to provide advice on a number of things in relation to property hunting in London, and lifestyle in each suburbs which was invaluable to us who were new to London at the time. She has relationships with a lot of property agents in the area given her priviledged access to information which can be quite handy in a busy property market! I highly recommend her services and would consider her support in the future again!

Emilie has been our guardian angel in London and I cannot be more grateful for the quality of her services. - When we first arrived to London from abroad, she quickly understood our needs and constraints, and most efficiently helped us identify a neighborhood that has proven perfect for us. - When we were faced with the prospect of having to leave the house we lived in, she came to our rescue, provided most soothing reassurance, and very quickly found for us our next home despite market conditions being horrendous (hardly any rental stock, sky-rocketting prices...). - She provided us with valuable, expert advice on the London rental and property markets. She very effectively advised us on how to write our offer letters and the negotiation of our rental agreement. She is upbeat, effective, reliable, experienced, and friendly. A wonderful person and an exceptional professional. We have been so happy with her work that we've asked her to help us not once, not twice, but three times in the past 6 years and I could not imagine going back to doing a house search without her. I wish there had been an Emilie in all cities we've lived in!
