I was so impressed with the sales team at Kallars. I initially went with another cheaper agency and really regretted it. Chris and his team literally came to my rescue! As soon as I met them, I thought finally, professional, competent, polite, clever people. Their response time was second to none. Jordan, Oleksandr and Chris helped me buy my first property and really made the process enjoyable for me. They paid special attention to my needs and went above and beyond to find me my perfect place. From connecting me to mortgage specialists free of charge that helped me avoid putting an offer down on an inappropriate property, to warning me off of several solicitors who they’d had bad experiences with in the past (which led me to an excellent firm eventually), to just being really kind and friendly and making viewings more fun then usual - they were a really fantastic team. Will definitely be heading back to the team when it’s time to look for properties again.

I recently bought a property that was on the market with Kallar’s, and it was a remarkably smooth experience. I got the feeling they were genuinely looking out for me and for the vendor (it definitely helped that the vendor herself is incredibly organised!) and they have been responsive and helpful throughout.

Our agent was Oleksandr Morozov, and he was fantastic. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area with good ideas about how to arrange the interior of the property. He met us a total of three times before we actually completed on the property and was happy to do so. He made the whole experience more reassuring and enjoyable. She was efficient, explained everything clearly, and gave me the time I needed to take pictures and videos of the property so I could make the best choice.
