I have to say this. If you are buying or selling in the London area. YOU MUST USE FOXTONS. If you want an agent who will go above and beyond. You must use Donald Brooks. I just finished up what would have been an uncomfortable experience if not for Foxtons and Donald. He literally handled everything, in such a way, that I was not once questioning if this agency was the right agency. His coordination and prioritization ensured me that my business is and was well kept in order. I am grateful to have had this specific Foxtons and Donald as he made the transitions so effective and easy for my family and I. Had a lovely experience looking for my first home with Donald Brooks at Foxtons East Dulwich. He was very attentive and listened to what I wanted, especially as it was my first time looking for a property and so I didn't know a lot to begin with! He was great and communicating, following up and always provided me with lots of properties aside from the ones I saw online which was great and really helpful. He showed me one which was fresh on the market and gave me some great advice too! Would reccomend if you're looking for a property in the area.
