East Homes Estates have been managing my property for the last 2 years and I've had nothing but onlu great experiences. Their service has been second to none. As a landlord it truly has been a hands-pff experience for me. Highly recommended.

East Homes Estate manage 2 of my properties and are an absolute pleasure to work with. They are very communicative, always answering my queries promptly and keeping me updated. They do their up-most best to provide a stress-free experiance for their clients; tenant back ground checks, response to issues and payments made on time. It's rare to find an agent who are so professional and genuinely care about the landlords and tenants. Highly recommended!

We were very impressed with Easthome estates They were knowledgeable about the market, quick to respond, and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. From the first viewing to the final paperwork, the process was stress-free thanks to their dedication. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy selling, or renting a property?.

I cannot recommend East Home Estates enough. The service provided is brilliant and I have that peace of mind that my property is in caring hands. Ash is brilliant & Professional, he is always available to answer your queries and nothing is too much for him. Do not think twice to go with East Home Estates, you will not be disappointed. Thanks Ash & team

My overall experience was very pleasant, from the first day I was informed of all the discussions and given a choice out of three tenants which one to choice provided feedback they received from previous landlords and confirmation that their financial history has been checked. Property care - I was reassured that my property was inspected regularly and given me a written report. Overall I would rate then 10 out of 10 Usually answered the call and also informed me on when they were unable to answer by calling me back or via sending me a message, also when a action I did not understand how to complete they helped me e.g obtain landlord license I would definitely recommend them, they are professional and very helpful. They made my life simple and easy.
