I had to give 2 stars review because they do not respond to my emails and since I moved in, I had to share a room with another girl and share a bed with her for one month because her room floor is being refurbished. The agency keeps assuring us that they are dealing with this but it has been a month and no one was in her room, neither did the refurbishment start. Also, they made us to pay before we could see the room and we had to pay within one hour to book the room, then it took them 2 weeks to actually show us the room. When we went for the viewing, the room was locked so we didn’t actually see the room. We were supposed to pay the first rent and the deposit on the 22nd of August but two weeks before that they kept chasing us that we have to pay now and we cannot wait till 22nd. When we actually moved in, the walls in every room were dirty, there is no ventilation nor window in the kitchen and the microwave is unusable. When I messaged them about this, they haven’t replied. I have attached pictures from our kitchen so you can see where we have to live and pay rent for something that does not look like on the initial videos or pictures. Also, I am still sharing a room with a girl (has been a month now) having zero privacy and can’t even use a fridge or a microwave. When I wanted to change my mattress, that was changed in 3 days but anything else I need them to fix or change, they don’t do it but they keep wanting us to pay the rent. I didn’t know this is still happening in 2024 in London!
