I recently let my property through AKS Estates and worked directly with Shiv. It was important to me to instruct someone like him who genuinely cared about getting the right outcome for both me and any prospective tenants. He took the time to go through a large number of enquiries and viewings to find an excellent tenant who was the perfect fit for the property. Shiv was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had (and to be fair I had a few!) and his communication throughout the process was excellent. He coordinated several local tradespeople to quickly and efficiently carry out necessary work before the tenants moved in. This was a massive help as I didn’t have the time or contacts to organise it myself. The whole process felt smooth, transparent, and well managed from start to finish. I would say Shiv’s fees are very fair (verging on too fair) for the level of service he provides, as it has been clear that he takes pride in doing things properly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend AKS Estates to any landlord looking for a dependable and proactive agent, or I guess even to any tenant who is looking for the right property! I know he also does sales and in the future if I do decide to sell I’ll contact him again as I want to make sure my instructions go to someone I can really trust.
